One of my favorite hidden gems in Mallorca was the local olive oil tasting at a 16th-century house. It wasn’t just about tasting some of the best olive oil I’ve ever had (which, trust me, was amazing)—it was the whole experience. The house itself was beautiful, with so much history, and walking through its ancient walls felt like stepping back in time. The tasting itself was so much more than I expected.
